2004 2005 BMW Z4 3.0i, 3.0-liter, 225-hp dual overhead cam (DOHC), 24-valve
inline 6-cylinder engine with Double-VANOS steplessly variable valve timing,
6-speed manual transmission (standard), 5-speed STEPTRONIC automatic
transmission with Adaptive Transmission Control, or 6-speed Sequential Manual
Gearbox (SMG) transmission.
Standard features and optional add-on
features on the new BMW Z4 models include an antitheft AM/FM/CD audio system
with radio data system and 10 speakers (standard) or a premium audio system
with upgraded audio power, Carver technology, 10 audiophile-quality speakers
including 2 subwoofers (loud and clear!).
Many safety
features have been added for the 2004 2005 Z4 some which include; dual-airbag
system with 2-stage Smart airbags, automatic safety-belt force limiters and
active knee protection Isofix attachment of child restraint safety seat with a
disable switch for passenger's side airbag with indicator light. Also added,
side-impact airbags and rollover protection measures.
The new 2004 2005 BMW M Series will come
with an optional Double Spoke forged and polished alloy wheels, 19 x 8 front,
19 x 9.5 rear; 225/40ZR 19 front performance tires, 255/35ZR 19 rear
performance tires.
If you opt
for the convertible M3 there is an optional hardtop available which is a
body-colored hardtop with integrated rear window defroster, retractable coat
hooks, and individual reading lights front and rear.
